Product Overview
Our High Strength Polyester Dipped Hard Cord is made of premium industrial polyester filament, manufactured through high-precision twisting and professional dipping curing process. Different from soft cords, this hard cord adopts optimized twisting density and special molding technology, forming a rigid and compact strand structure with outstanding hardness and structural stability, effectively improving the overall rigidity and load-bearing performance of reinforced rubber products.
The product boasts excellent mechanical properties, including ultra-high breaking force and stable low elongation under fixed load, which prevents stretching and deformation of rubber accessories under long-term heavy load and high-pressure working conditions. The surface is uniformly treated with dipping adhesive to form a firm bonding layer, providing superior adhesion with various rubber materials, avoiding delamination and falling off during use. All dry shrinkage force data is for reference only, ensuring stable and reliable product actual application performance.
